Northern Heritage Resort & Spa was the project established under the Government Campaign for long stay health Care services.

The resort is a long stay village for your golden retirement years.
It is located only 25km. East of Chiang Mai International Airport with an area of 320 acres nestled in beautiful rolling hills & valleys.
We provide facilities and services especially for long stay tourism.

ACCOMMODATION
Northern Heritage Resort & Spa has 78 guest rooms including 22 suites.
Moreover 200 cosy single home project will be adheared to the resort operation.

RESTAURANT
Restaurant with a breathtaking view where guests can enjoy delicious Thai and international cuisine.
Serving breakfast, lunch and dinner.
Our meeting room and banquet hall can be able to accommodate from 25 to 300 people with full range of equipment for banquet facilities.

SPORT & RECREATION
Large outdoor swimming pool and Jacuzzi with a poolside bar and the terrace for relaxation and sunbathing next to an 18 hole championships golf course, venue of the 1995 Sea-Games plus 2 standard tennis courts.

MEDICAL CENTER
Medical center is open 24 hours, with a registered licensed nurse, under the supervision of a registered licenced doctor.

TOUR & SIGHTSEEING
Tour, excursions and outings to exotic and interesting places in Chiang Mai, Northern Thailand, and the rest of Thailand.
Long stay guests can look forward to joining our regular trips to neighboring countries and overseas as well.
Guests can also volunteer and participate in community & social work projects facilitated by the resort.
